Warranty Terms and Conditions
1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 6 months from the date of service completion. All parts required for warranty repairs will be provided at no charge to the customer if parts were provided by Phos Industries LLC.
2. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim:
- •Submit a written claim within the warranty period
- •Include evidence supporting the claim (photographs, documentation, or other relevant materials)
- •Clearly describe the defect and its relationship to the original service
3. Warranty Service Billing
Parts:
All parts required for warranty repairs are covered at no charge to the customer if parts were provided by Phos Industries LLC.
Labor:
Labor charges for warranty work will be billed per hour at 50% of the standard labor rate as agreed upon in the Technical Services Agreement.
Travel:
Travel expenses for warranty service calls will be billed at customary rates. Travel charges include mileage, time, and related expenses as applicable.
4. Non-Warranty Service
If service is required due to:
- •Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
- •Normal wear and tear
- •Damage from external factors beyond our control
- •Issues unrelated to the original service
Standard rates apply for all parts, labor, and travel.
5. Service Authorization
We will provide an estimate for warranty service (labor at 50% and travel at customary rates) before performing work. The customer must authorize the service before we proceed.
6. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:
- •Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
- •Normal wear and tear
- •Issues arising from customer-provided materials or equipment failures
- •Damage from external factors beyond our reasonable control
- •Consequential or incidental damages
7. Travel and Service Area
Warranty service is available within our standard service area (within 50 miles of our office). Travel charges apply as specified above. Service outside the standard area may incur additional travel fees.
8. Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and service location.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding warranty coverage or charges will be resolved through good faith discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be handled according to applicable local laws.
